It’s not actually new—we first launched this course almost ten years ago and have been updating and refining it ever since. But this is the first time it’s available in Sydney! UI (User Interface) design is a crucial part of user experience design. Despite advances in language-based interfaces, most of our interactions with systems still happen via screens. Understanding how people perceive and behave when using screen-based interfaces—and knowing how to respond when making design decisions—is an essential skill for anyone working in digital product and service design, even if you’re not a designer.
